Every community has people who want to help. There are also organizations that need support. The problem has never been the lack of goodwill. The problem is that the two sides rarely meet. VolunteerTribe was built to solve that problem. We are not a charity. We are not an NGO. We are a meeting point. A place where volunteers find the right causes and NGOs find the right people.
Why We Started
Think about the last time you wanted to volunteer. Maybe you searched online, asked a friend or even reached out to an NGO. Chances are it felt confusing, daunting, or even overwhelming. Too many links. Too many unanswered questions. At the same time NGOs keep saying the same thing. Good volunteers are hard to find. The idea for VolunteerTribe came from noticing this gap. People want to act. Organizations want the help. But there is no clear bridge. So we built one.
What We Do
Our work is practical. We connect volunteers and NGOs. We make it simple to search, apply, and join in. For volunteers, this means you can spend less time wondering where to start, how to go about doing this, and worrying about whether it will actually make a difference. You spend more time actually making a difference. For NGOs this means your projects get the people you need to run them well.
